James Iseton

Chef James Iseton, originally from the Midwest, has called the Carolinas home for over 20 years. He has cultivated his love for Southern Cuisine working from Charlotte to Bald Head Island down to the lowcountry in Charleston, SC.

On his days off, Chef James enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Kelly and fur babies, casting a fishing rod and going off-roading in any one of the family’s collection of jeeps. He appreciates vintage cookbooks, exploring off-the-beaten-path diners and has a passion for sprint cars and dirt tracks.

He brings his own unique twist on Southern favorites to Wilmington, serving guests at Caprice Bistro.
