Allegra Grant
Executive chef Allegra Grant is a formally trained Johnson & Wales hospitality professional with over 16 years of experience in whole animal butchery, patisserie, bread baking, global cuisine, and more. She specializes in Spanish Food but in her position as executive chef at Salt + Charm she creates global cuisine magic every day.
Allegra has successfully led teams to execute over 25 national food & wine events, charity dinners, weddings, and intimate dining experiences in private homes and restaurants. She was the grand tasting manager for Chow Chow in its inaugural year in Asheville, NC.
