Hans Westermark

For the past three decades, Hans Westermark has been an integral part of Apple Annie’s Bake Shop, and today serves as the sole cake decorator for the bakery. It all started when he worked in his grandfather’s Pennsylvania bakery during the summer of 1990, followed by an after-school job at Apple Annie’s. Hans quickly caught the attention of the bakery’s owners who offered him an apprenticeship that would eventually lead him to a pastry program in Switzerland. Recently, Hans has developed nearly half a million followers on TikTok, with up to 150,000 viewers tuning in on Saturdays for his live stream cake decorating demos.
