Jessica Cabo

Chef Jessica Cabo has been in Wilmington for the last 14 years, working at iconic places such as the Blockade Runner Beach Resort and the Cameron Art Museum.

She hails from New York and Los Angeles and looks to both coasts for her culinary inspiration.

She’s recently begun a new endeavor as the Sales and Events Manager for Three Little Spats Oyster Co. Using her knowledge of local seafood, she is connecting with chefs and oyster lovers with the best of what coastal North Carolina has to offer.
