Keith Rhodes

An Eastern North Carolina native, Chef Keith Rhodes, is owner of VOYCE, Catch the Food Truck, Tackle Box Kitchen at UNCW and Tackle Box Kitchen Food Trailer.
Chef Rhodes credits his grandfather with shaping his “farm to table” approach to cooking and his unique take on New Southern Cuisine with international inspiration. In addition to supporting local purveyors, fishermen and farmers, Chef Rhodes is proud to give back to his community by visiting local grade schools, colleges and military bases to share his knowledge of food culture and cuisine. He also actively participates in educating the community on food deserts, sustainability policies and food advocacy.
