Eric Smiarowski

Chef Eric Smiarowski has been in Wilmington for 20 years and has been working in kitchens just as long. “I am in this position because of the kind chefs, sous chefs, cooks, and dishwashers I have worked with. I strive to pay the favor forward any way I can,” says Smiarowski. “The kitchen is a team that consistently creates a product signed with personal accountability and pride.
