Russell Snyder

Russell Snyder has been living in Wilmington and working in the food and beverage industry since 1999.  He served for eight years as bar manager at Siena Trattoria where he met his wife, Jessica. Following that, he served as director of operations at Grand Cru Food & Wine, before opening The Cardinal in the same location where Sienna operated previously. The Cardinal is a neighborhood restaurant specializing in great hospitality and seasonal, contemporary American cuisine.
