Fall Feast FAQs

What is Fall Feast?
Fall Feast is a celebration of Wilmington’s culinary talent, bringing together local restaurants, seasonal flavors, beverages, entertainment and friendly competition for one unforgettable fall evening.

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes the full Fall Feast experience, including:
• A cocktail hour featuring End of Days spirits, oysters, and bites from The Butcher’s Market
• A tasting from each of the 12 chefs
• Dessert
• Beer and wine
• Live entertainment
• The opportunity to vote for your favorite dish

How does the tasting work?
After the welcome reception, guests will be escorted to the riding arena where the chef stations will be located. Each chef will serve a tasting portion designed to give you a chance to experience their dish while leaving room to try them all. Your ticket includes (1) portion from each chef.

How much food will I get?
Each participating restaurant will serve a generous tasting portion. With multiple restaurants participating, we recommend arriving hungry and pacing yourself so you can enjoy everything Fall Feast has to offer. Your ticket includes (1) portion from each chef.

Can I vote for my favorite restaurant?
Yes! Your opinion matters. Guests will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite dish, with the votes determining the People’s Choice Award winner.

Is there entertainment?
Yes! Live entertainment will be part of the Fall Feast experience.

What time should I arrive?
The event begins at 4 p.m.

Is parking available?
No. Fall Feast is a RIDESHARE-ONLY event. On-site parking is extremely limited and is reserved exclusively for event sponsors. General guest parking will not be available on-site. Rideshares will drop off inside the venue and follow a designated route to keep things running smoothly.

Is beer and wine included with my ticket?
Yes! Beer and wine are included with your Fall Feast ticket, as well as a welcome cocktail.

Will there be non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes. Water and soda will be available for guests who choose not to drink alcohol.

Will there be seating?
Yes. Seating areas will be available in the riding arena, but please note this is not a seated event. Attendees must walk to each station to receive their food.

Is the event accessible?
Yes. Fall Feast will include accessible pathways and seating areas. If you have specific accessibility questions or needs, please contact us at jmaurer@wilmingtonbiz.com

What happens if it rains?
Fall Feast is a rain-or-shine event. Come prepared to enjoy the festivities regardless of the weather. In the event of severe weather that creates an unsafe environment, updates will be communicated to ticket holders.

Are children welcome?
No. Fall Feast is a 21-and-over event. Every attendee must be 21 or older and have a ticket.

Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed at Fall Feast.

What should I bring?
Bring your ticket, valid photo ID, appetite and your love of good food! Your ticket can be displayed on your phone or printed, and will be scanned when you arrive. Every attendee MUST have a ticket for entry.

What should I wear?
Fall Feast is a festive, outdoor event, so dress comfortably and ready to enjoy the season. We recommend checking the weather forecast before the event and choosing shoes appropriate for the dirt floor of the riding arena.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?
No, tickets must be purchased online. We recommend purchasing your tickets early as this is a limited-capacity event and is likely to sell out in advance.

Will there be options for dietary restrictions?
We are bringing together a variety of restaurants, so guests will have the opportunity to experience a range of dishes. However, restaurants are not required to post their ingredient lists or to refrain from using any specific ingredients. Vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options may be very limited or not available. Guests with severe allergies should use their discretion.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
All tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person in the event that you can no longer use them. The name on the ticket does not affect entry, but each QR code can only be scanned once.

Who is Fall Feast for?
Fall Feast is for anyone 21 and older who loves great food, good drinks and a great time! It’s a chance to gather with friends, discover some of Wilmington’s best restaurants and celebrate the people who make our local culinary scene so special.
